Leadership Transitions and Team Growth

Share:

As we continue to implement our new Strategy Roadmap, we’re excited to share early progress in expanding our organizational capacity, deepening alignment with our values, and strengthening our support for the network. This quarter marked key transitions in leadership and staffing that will position the Partnership for long-term impact and strengthen our ability to deliver responsive, co-created support and programming that reflects the evolving needs of our members.

Welcoming Our New Board Chair: Paige Parks

In January, we welcomed Paige Parks, Executive Director of Rhode Island KIDS COUNT, as Chair of the Partnership’s Board of Directors. Paige has served on our Board since early 2024 and previously contributed her insights and leadership on the Racial and Ethnic Equity/Strategic Planning Committee. Paige brings a deep commitment to equity and movement-building, and her leadership will help guide us through this next chapter of growth.

Strengthening the Partnership Team

In March, we completed a planned staff restructuring to better align our roles with the goals outlined in our new strategic direction. These refinements clarify responsibilities and reinforce the infrastructure needed to deliver on our commitment to equity, leadership development, and responsive support to our network.

We have made these key staffing transitions to strengthen our capacity:

Jasmine Jones has been named our Director of Network Learning, Engagement, and Programs, leading the charge in designing member experiences that build leadership and foster learning across our network. This change reflects her leadership in designing and coordinating network learning opportunities, shaping member engagement, and overseeing key network initiatives.

Zoë Kilbourne has stepped into a refined role as Operations Associate, supporting grants administration, internal operations, and communications with even greater focus and precision. They will ensure efficiency in our internal systems, support administrative functions, and support the seamless execution of our programs and grantmaking.

These updates reflect our ongoing investment in building a values-aligned team that is equipped to meet this moment and the future with clarity and purpose.

As we move forward, we remain committed to building the kind of infrastructure, leadership, and programming that reflects our values and meets the evolving needs of child advocacy organizations across the country. These early steps reflect our dedication to equity, responsiveness, and long-term impact, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.
